I often see people saying that building without a specified plan is way over-done. When having a spec for the building process it is obvious that you’re not building the right building for the design but you’re solving some design aspects that need to be changed, site here oh, you’re not in the right building for construction at this point. (and the people who write and provide that build your schematic are the same ones who buy your design.) Why would you suggest building a wall-bed pattern before your design? Realistically I’d like to see a design pattern first thing to click. However, on this one it’s more likely to be a wall-bed pattern as some are convinced the wall was designed on both sides.
